My CTC is very low . Approx = YoE (4.5).
I'm currently nominated for H1b 2023 and the process is pending with USCIS approval after lottery. Heard that the H1B process would take months to get completed. Is it worth waiting for the process to get completed or should I make a switch . Kindly pour your suggestions .

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

I’m having offer from EPAM Anywhere of 19.4 lpa for 5 yrs React exp. But concerned about policies of EPAM anywhere. So I did not resign yet. Also cognizant and HCL delaying offer discussions due to 3 month notice period. Any suggestions how should I tackle the situation to get the offer?
