1. Cleared 1 screening and 2 technical rounds. I got confirmation that result is positive but position is closed. We are referring u 4 another role. 2. Again 1 screening and 2 technical rounds which got cleared. On the day of final leadership interview got a call from recruiter that this position is closed. Refering u 4 another role. 3. Direct technical round. Got rejected. No more referal 😀

Hello Deloitte 🐠 20 YOE. Have referral for a content and marketing M role in cybersecurity -- the focus of my career pivot. Submitted my application today, but my referrer isn't in Cyber. TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet,wfo,forceful mandatory trainings,imposing strict restrictions on laptop,access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work.But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

After you get the job. I prefer to go the “cable guy needs to come by so I have to sit around for a 4 hour window” route. Also have the opportunity for future interviews as “yeah, they didn’t fix it the first time and are sending L2 support”.
Never mention you have an interview! Don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing.
Simply mention that you have an errand or an appointment. Your personal business is your own
Get sick or schedule a drs appointment - that’s a universal thing
PTO day for a doctors appt. tell them after you get the job and decide to leave
Telling your current employer you have a job interview elsewhere is a big NO!
Just say you have a doctor’s appointment or someone has to come in to fix your furnace between said timeframe. No one will question you and if they do, say you have a growth somewhere intimate that needs to get checked — that’ll make them feel super awkward, shut up and make them realize it’s none of their business!
Only tell your current employer when you’ve signed your letter of offer and by telling them- I mean giving them your two week notice!
You have an appointment. Don’t even have to say doctors appointment. And I wouldn’t mention until you have an offer if you are planning on using it as leverage
