Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
