Is there a special title at your company for a Project Manager that works on product development and not an IT project manager?

Going to a new firm and bringing a client or two with deadlines before I leave — can I do the work now but bill the time later at my new firm as long as I don’t double bill at my current firm?

I’ve been asked by a client to coach their team on how to structure and write scripts for their corporate event content (e.g. panel discussions). I’ve happily had a crack at helping them but it’s a bit out of my wheelhouse - is this ask something that would ordinarily be given to an agency copywriter? Or would it usually be something a content or speech writer would do?
Either way, I’m happy to add the additional skill to my CV 😅

Has anyone ever dealt with Geico UM case where they insist that a release needs to be signed? Geico extended our client’s policy limits but wants him to sign a release. We offered to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of funds but Geico said without a release signed, they will not issue payment.

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? I am a strategist and have been told InTouch is a “strategy-driven” organization (which is unusual but would be amazing). But another poster just said it’s account driven (which is typical). What’s your experience and how do you know?
