So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

If you are on PTO it's better to make sure it's respected. It's your time and space AWAY from work. Take advantage of that.
No, because I'm paid hourly and not on salary; so my employer cannot expect me to do anything work related outside my 40 hours or I get paid overtime.
Nope but I'm also not a supervisor. I think if you know you will be unavailable or unable to check messages (which is true for some PTO) just mention that on your OOO message and have someone they can defer their questions to.
It’s wild that this is even a question. US employers should take a page from their European counterparts and respect employees’ time away from the office, especially when they are laying off employees at the drop of a hat. It‘s one thing if employees make that choice, but it shouldn’t be the expectation. And, no, I don’t answer emails when I’m on holiday.
I do. I'm at a level in my career that it looks good on me for future raises/bonuses if I do. It is worth it to me.
Yes, to avoid having to return to an overwhelming number of emails. It makes my PTO more enjoyable doing it this way.
Nope.
But if your deals are important to you…
Yes…I do. I Wanted to make sure questions or request from clients are taken care of if not by me, it’s someone else in the organization.
Read your Team Member Handbook… it might be against the rules and the company can use it against you.. I’ve seen it a few times.
No, that FTO policy is an agreement between me and the company that I won’t work and will be paid. Simple as that.
I do, but only for self preservation to keep from being so behind when I get back. And not every email, I just sort of weed them out
I will to help out my team it’s not expected it’s actually discouraged from my employer they want us to enjoy our time off
As I am on 100% commission I review all my emails when I am not working. I respond if it is something that is important and can't wait.
