No I would never honestly
I do if they follow me first. A doc is a weird pressure move. I hope they enjoy my dog, family, and college football reposts.
Nope. But I also don’t have IG/FB/TT accounts - I prefer IRL connections over manipulative and harmful platforms.
I agree it is impossible for me to have in real life connections and social media accounts at the same time. Every time I’m interested in something somebody says I try to find a like or share button on their forehead and it becomes super awkward.

Hard pass.
Generally yeah. But I’m also old enough that it’s all just pictures of us and our families, nothing we particularly feel the need to keep from coworkers
Only colleagues I like or colleagues who followed me first - definitely not my managers that’s beyond weird!
I’ve connected with a lot of coworkers on Instagram. Managers included. I don’t think it’s weird 🤷♂️ Although it’s only after we’ve worked together a while and only the coworkers I actually like
I have 🫡
I’d actively block them all tbh
Yeah a lot of people follow each other on Instagram. It’s normal.
I’m connected with 4 coworkers and that’s it. I’m not interested in my other coworkers knowing what I do outside of work- it’s nothing but it’s none of their business
I only follow people I’ve very grown close to. If my kids know them by name then we follow each other. If you’re a work acquaintance, then I’ll follow after we stop working together.
