Do you have the deal with any "nepo babies" at your job? People who were only hired because they are family or because of who they know?
Fortunately I don't see it a lot. I once didn't get a role due to it though and it can be infuriating. As long as someone is qualified I get leveraging your connections. But if you're not qualified you shouldn't get the role. What are your thoughts?
