Making Asses Clean Again

PwC India Hi Folks, I left my stable job at Deloitte USI and moved to Germany for a better job. But my mom had a major health issue and I'm planning to travel back to India to support her as I'm a single child. I'm working in one of the top organisation in Germany with a base of 90k euro and looking for good opportunities in India. There are over 300,258 marketing managers currently employed in the United States. 55.6% of all marketing managers are women, while 44.4% are men.

That being said, I would be careful with generalisations and theories like this. The average tenure of a CMO is 18 months, both with men and women. CMO’s choose safe work because of job security and economy, not because of their gender.
Marketing managers don’t have final say when big budgets are concerned. My favorite ideas have been approved by the marketing or brand manager and then killed by the CEO or some people in a far away global office.
Best client I’ve ever worked for was a woman.
But I think the rest of em were all about the same regardless of gender.
It’s funny, most of my clients have been women. My worst client happens to be women, but their bosses are two guys that have been historically for many years kind of insufferable. So maybe there’s so many other factors that my theory is just too small of a piece of the puzzle to matter.
By far my worst and most risk-averse clients were men. Best clients have been a mix.
