Do you send Linkedin connection request to your interviewer? If so, after how many minutes/hours/days/months. Do you even send it if they have rejected you?? Just curious!!

Curious for those in public accounting right now….are any of you open to leaving still with busy season coming closer? I know when I was in public, I was hesitant from 1/15 until 4/15 but wasn’t sure if this is still the norm? I want to be respectful and not reach out to people if it’s too late as to not tempt them if it would look poorly on their resume. Would love your advice!

Does anyone have advice for job hunting? I’m 25 and work at CNN currently. I’m trying to progress in my career but there just doesn’t seem to be any opportunities. I’m trying to keep myself motivated but it’s tough to get no responses or plain rejections.

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.
