Do you think the effects of the pandemic have passed in terms of jobs?

I graduated early from college during the pandemic and despite my year of full time internship experience I still have a hard time getting interviews for roles.

If anyone is willing to offer a referral or to chat about their role pls let me know. I would really appreciate it! Looking for entry level marketing associate/specialist roles within tech.

I am holding two offers,

1. Tiger Analytics for Senior DE role, WFH.
2. Fractal for DE role, 6 weeks DE Training later project, WFH.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there. When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you handle this type of situation?

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I got an offer as an IC4 Data Engineer at Facebook. Base: $165k. Bonus: 10%. Stock: $240k/4 years. I have a competing offer with the same TC (they matched today), and I'm wondering if I should circle back to FB or if this is likely the best I'll get. Don't want to lose the offer.
