Retention incentive can be tagged to employees with flag Y or N and it can be paid yearly, half yearly or quarterly. If HR(corporate HR) tagged you with Y it will continue else it will stop after a year. Anytime in the tenure HR has right to change retention incentive scheme for the employee. Generally they review this payout on the month of April before closing year end process. There is no guidelines available for normal employees on this.

First one is true. 2 and 3 I am not sure. I don't think they will change the pay structure. It will either be DCA or incentive I believe.
There is no such thing .
DCA one has to pass the assessment and the interview as well.
And there is absolutely no salary restructuring done .
