Does anyone else feel like trading options is more about managing your psychology than your portfolio? I find myself getting too caught up in short-term movements, even though I know I’m in it for the long haul. What mental strategies do you use to stay disciplined and avoid making emotional decisions?

Can someone help me with this? I had a low utilization since pandemic, I.e., ~sub 5%, but never missed any payments. Would credit score be impacted if only one line of credit with a low utilization?

I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). I have tried to convince myself to consider it a loss but always get back trying to recover it.
