Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

What does all in mean?

Akerman’s “all-in requirement” is BS. Professional reading, checking emails, billing time, practice group meetings, biz dev and a ton of other stuff can fall under that. The firm only cares about billables for bonus. If you hit 1900, you get a bonus.
Firm doesn’t pay market salary or bonus though.
Thanks!
Current MWE attorney. All in is 2000 (1800 client billlable, 100 pro Bono, 25 mindfulness, and 75PD)
Is the 1800 billable tied to bonus? Thank you!
According to them, it means all hours of billable plus pro Bono, professional development, etc.

I don’t think my firm has anything beyond our 1950 billable req. 2400 seems insane.
2400 at Eversheds Sutherland.

SA1: 2400 is all in. 1950 billable requirement.
Mofo has an all in requirement of 2300. However, when I asked about this not a single associate in my group knew what I was talking about so it’s not enforced

NALP will have target hours for most biglaw, but as noted above, "all-in" is likely not published.

In 12+ years I’ve never heard of an “all in” requirement. There’s the billable requirement and a general expectation to pitch in with nonbillables and pro bono. If you mean what is considered for partner/counsel selection, maybe the firm looks at those numbers at that time.
Along those lines, there was an internal Hogan memo earlier this year that ATL reported on. The guidance is to make partner Hogan expects 2,400 hours of total contributions. Only 1,700 of it are “chargeable” hours.
