Every second post is about cute little puppies or some made up story about success, with the only difference, that there is some kind of “lesson” in the end of every post… kinda afraid to accidentally like something unprofessional, because I forgot which app I opened…

I teach some drum lessons on the side and was wondering what a good range for a 30 min lesson would be? For those I’ve taught, the kids are typically in elementary school, so I’m getting them the basics. It’s been fun seeing some of them perform in talent shows even within the year! Curious what everyone thinks the market range is for good (not professional) drum lessons are?

I am a middle school social studies teacher and my husband is a high school art teacher. He has been an art teacher for a very long time and he’s not super proficient with Google classroom but I am. I have been helping him with lesson online resources & creating hyper docs for the lessons. He is struggling with the students not having a lot of supplies at home and how to have them create multiple day art pieces.  he teaches at a low income area, how is everyone handling supplies to students? 

Just had a series of interviews started in September and finally ended in November last week only to be told that suddenly I'm not a great fit for the job. Recruiter had called sometime in October and told me that I was a top candidate for the job and though they couldn't tell me to stop considering taking interviews with other companies they felt I was an almost lock for the job. Lesson learnt stay Strictly transactional until you sign the final contract👌

It’s late Tuesday, I’ve had a couple to drink, and I’ve drafted a LI post. I’m currently looking for a new job and I was about to post the below and realised the i lines up perfectly with my n1ppl3 and left me wondering what I’m doing with my life.

Made a series of terrible mistakes. Recently took a job at ACN, 2 weeks later I posted the cringiest humblebragy post on LinkedIn and fast forward 2 weeks and I realize that I was bamboozled into taking this job which was horrible mistake to accept.
I look at my LI post with 100s of likes and feel totally ashamed.
