Hi All,
My LWD in Cognizant was on 21st Oct , I had returned the laptop on that day. But IT approval has not happened yet, and they are saying it will take 3 weeks to get approved, without this approval i can't download any of the documents after exit ... Has anyone faced this issue recently. Is there a way to escalate this?

I interviewed with them for an associate corporate counsel position (they were looking for 2+ YOE, I was 4th year). Total compensation was ~$250k (don't remember what the base/RSU split was).
I didn't make it too far in the process, but according to my notes: interview with hiring manager (how far I got), writing assignment, virtual on-site (~5 interviews). I was told to study the Leadership Principles & have responses ready to hypothetical legal questions that reflect the LPs, but my interview was primarily all background, why I was interested in the position, etc., so I guess the LP questions would be later in the process.
If you Google around a bit, there is a TON of info out there on interviewing with Amazon, including salary info. Good luck!
Wow that’s so intense
Interview process is fair but tough. Focus on memorizing all their leadership principles and having 3-5 unique examples per each and do not repeat them throughout any interview. They live and breathe those principles day to day. Also, dive deep and get detailed into your examples.

With Amazon I think your approach should be a total compensation number. They are known to pay a smaller base and weight more of the compensation towards equity (but also have lopsided vesting to force you to stay longer or lose it).
Following bc I’m curious!
