How does one take a MH day off? The stigma?
Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

Hi Fishes, I recently joined Pwc AC and was informed to update my checkpoint portfolio where we update all our investments. If we have some investments and if we do not declare them, will it be a problem or can I update it as Nothing to report. Recently I joined here so I'm having some confusion regarding this.
Hello, I am looking for jobs in Finance, accounting fields and I have done Masters and bachelors in mathematics. I have also done Canadian Investment Funds course Certification, still no luck in finding a good field job. Any referrals in Finance sector or banking sector would be appreciated. I am on PGWP and need a job ASAP. If someone from RBC or Scotiabank can refer me for banking advisor or entry level analyst roles would be great. TIA

McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

Take a freaking vacation jeez......
Lol sounds like OP wants to take a 350h vacation before starting a new job. Do it!
According to bird law you only get 4 back unfortunately
California law is based on how much you accumulate, I think it’s 150% is all a company is required to allow you to roll/pay out.. haven’t read it since I moved a few years ago but it was something similar where I accumulate 200 hours a year and could roll over/get paid out on 300 hours max...
It's not capped at 240 and you'll get more. Don't think there's a ceiling but not 100% sure
A1 - I plan my vacations better - around holidays, I don’t need vacation to recover from work stress as I don’t take stress - I work 8 hours, spend time with my family everyday - spend my weekends like vacations - I keep a vacation mindset everyday ! ;)
I’ve never not use my PTO but I believe in California, you’ll get paid out for all of it. You’ll just stop accruing PTO after a certain amount
