I initially asked for 135k at my startup. They offered 115k and we ended at 125k. Within two weeks my manager left and everything shifted to me. I received praise for the work I did and to this day I still own all those responsibilities and some. We hired a backfill who has now decided to leave for cultural reasons, similar to my manager. A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. We were recently served a “Notice to Consumer or Employee and Objection” (form subp-025). It says that the requesting party is going to seek our client’s records for examination on June 3, 2020. We would like to stop OC from filing a subpoena at all, because the client doesn’t want the witness they are attempting to subpoena to find out about the lawsuit. Would we file a motion for protective order to do this, and if so, when would we need to file by?
