Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

McKinsey & Company Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Recently took the McKinsey & Company game (not sure if I have an interview yet but preparing nonetheless). It’s an entry level business analyst position and an entry level digital position and was wondering if anyone wanted to case prep with me. I’m willing to work on anyones time zone. Here it is.

Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

I doubt it. Many international managers (transferred on an L1, I think is what you’re asking) are actually dropped a level when coming to the US firm... so you’d come in as an SC and be in EB3 unless you waited to make manager again...
Why do you say it is a loop hole. It is a legal process approved by the USCIS. If you are bitter that folks are getting a GC taking a legal route, make your kids study harder or better send them to school so that there is no shortage of talent. Prick
I know folks in my team - Manager who got in EB1C. He was a US manager though. Went to Canada for a year. Returned back to US in L1A and got GC reclassified to EB1C and in 8 months he got his GC
I am on L1A
This is getting annoying... asking the same question over and over isn’t going to change the answer. Are you an SM? No? Do you have a PhD? No? Then you will not get EB1...
Depends on your level and educative background. Below managers, EB3; Managers, EB2; Advanced degree Managers and SMs, EB1
Advanced degrees ?
PhDs
What about international managers? Do they qualify for eb1
I came in as a manager on L1 but was denied EB1, is there a precedent for that ?
What’s EB1, 2, 3?

Maybe you are not accomplished enough to ask for EB1.
Ahhh sour grapes, anyone? Did you read the link that I sent? There is a particular emphasis on accomplishments in order for you to request an EB1. The standard is definitely high, so why sugar coat it? Either you have it or you don’t.
What’s bad if I get EB2? What’s the downside?
A precedent for a manager to get EB1? I don’t know, but our guidelines are pretty cut and dry - EB1 is for PhDs and execs...
PhD is needed for a EB1A, my question was regarding EB1C which is for international managers. Is the policy specific to senior managers only ?
Are you in L1A or B?
And the SM1 - fuck you
I am a manager and filing for EB1C
Can you please help with the process?
