Anyone got any insight on working at Preacher?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I'm working as a contractor for them now. Health benefits are expensive but depending on the contract, you can negotiate some things like vacation time, pay, etc. My contract is long-term with a global brand and I'm doing work that I like so, ymmv.
As a contractor through them or working for them directly?
They’re good for C2H W2 stuff depending on the requisition. Outside of that, they’re just like another Robert Half Technology and other rando firms. Usually some high demand client and the recruiter is just shoving candidates through the pipeline
Contract work, which is on the rise during this recession as companies shift their resourcing model. I work as a contractor for one of their sister companies on a good client. Yes benefits are high ($400/mo) for me but I at least like getting paid for work I like doing. And it’s better than the even more expensive COBRA benefit payment I was making on $0/mo 🙏🏽
If you’re just casually looking, feel free to reconsider. If you’re like me, broke on the verge of an even deeper rock bottom, it’s brought peace and financial stability for me during a difficult time and I’m grateful 😇 get a sense of the client you’ll be working on as a contractor!
These tend to be contract jobs with limited benefits.
