Meetup has a great one in New York. I think they normally meet at the Skylight diner but have been meeting via Zoom recently. Hope this helps. You're definitely not alone.
Hang in there. Have you looked into NAMI? They have chapters nationwide I think.
I don’t have a group but I’ve been using a CES device from Fisher-Wallace for depression and it has helped tremendously. I think (but I’m not 100% sure) that people who are bi-polar use it as well. Here’s an article i just googled

I’ve been using it for 3 months and have experienced zero side effects and it has helped me immensely. Here are a couple of articles that may help: https://www.psychiatrictimes.com/view/rise-cranial-electrotherapy

I use the device from Fisher-Wallace, but there are other manufacturers out there.
I can tell you it’s been very helpful for me and life-changing (as in it saved his life) for a loved one.
That person used it in conjunction with meds. Now he’s off the meds and just using the device.
