1) I have current offer of 12 CTC from other company so now how much can I ask in pwc? My current experience is 5yrs.
I am on notice period and in present company I got recent hike and my salary is now 9.5ctc.
2) generally how many rounds of interview will be there?

My monthly salary after employees pf deduction and professional tax of 200 is 96,500.
How much income tax will be deducted on this amount without any investments and all.

When do you switch from first-year to second-year at your firm in terms of salary - at the end of the firm’s fiscal year or January 1? For context, my firm’s fiscal year ends in November and the annual billing requirements restart then.

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter? My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
