Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. What are some PE firms (likely mid-market) that specialise in doing Entertainment deals, especially in gaming hardware, software, solutions that underpin the value chains ?

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with.
