Where is paying $28 for WFH positions? Lol. I would take that. You'd save a ton of money working from home anyway and could focus on side income as well vs. being fully in-person.
It’s my understanding that most WFH positions only pay $20-25. If you’re getting $28 you’re ahead in the game.
Work from home roles are so hard to come by right now. I have been looking for six months and haven't been able to find anything. I would keep networking and see if anyone can refer you.
They aren’t hard to find just hard to get. you have to search for clinical utilization, care navigator, telehealth…… etc. make sure you add Lpn and remote. Even some of the positions that say RN still hire LPNs. you just have to read the description
Negotiation is key, especially with experience
Patient Advocate @ Pairtu (Remote). Pays more than $35/hr
Look for correctional facilities …. higher pay, mostly heavy pill line
I’m an RN and I only make $36 an hour!
I am a LPN I only make $35/ hour. It must be the state or the job.
The state that you live in matters, but if you’re in a state that allows you to get a compact licens, get it because it definitely makes it easier to get these position. A state like NY, who doesn’t allow a compact license makes it harder to get these positions

Most I've been offered is $27 and I've been a nurse 23 years, but I accepted a position Friday for $25. I have a husband who makes good money so I can afford the $5/hr pay cut. You save some money working from home and a big one for me is being away from the drama and toxicity. Unless you have utilization experience and can beat it hundreds of other applicants $21-$27 is the range I've seen.
