Does community management generally have a good work-life balance? I try not to make working my only focus in life.

What kind of work EY GDS have in Power BI if there is only excel and PPT related only work being performed? Any one in EY who is working in Power BI tool? I am yet to join EY GDS but m worried by seeing lot more post related to copy paste work here.
My service line will be F & A. Can anyone please tell me lil bit on this service line and wlb. If any one working in F & A service line in Power BI, Please put your thought as it will be much helpful in decision of joining EY GDS.

I know I'm in the minority here (and I swear this isn't a brag) but is anyone else less stressed this busy season working from home, and finding issues focusing because of it? My work is getting done, but just very very slowly. I'm able to sleep throughout the night and not wake up early (which is a huge negative right now) and literally feel no need to stay glued to my computer as in prior years. Am I broken?

I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. Part of me dares me to not work and face the consequences, at the end of the day its just a job. Is it normal to feel this way? I am just not able to find the motivation to work. Anyone who has felt this way, how did you get through such situations and lack of motivation?

I'm at Kolkata. Started off with 1.8LPA, currently around 11LPA. BTech+MBA. Always get scores of 4 out of 5 (exceeds expectations) KRA YoY and pointless praises about how well I managed projects, yada yada. I get good work-life balance.
