Currently a manager for an OP clinic. Gave my notice after receiving an offer back in patient care for more money and a better schedule. Spoke to my RVP today who had nothing but positive feedback. He asked for feedback on how to prep the next non-clinical manager as others in the region have been fired or underperformed. Should I be insulted he did not offer me a raise? Dad's a little guidance please. We bought a Chicco car seat with base and a stroller that accepts the car seat. . I've been reading that other brands (e.g Britax, MaxiC) do not have a base and remain in the car. So how to Britax car seat parents move/carry their infants around? Remove from the car seat and hand carry or prop into stroller?

I’m wondering if there is a service in the NJ/PA area that gives you access to previously filed motions and briefs? No severance if you're fired with cause
Fired for cause either requires a policy violation (expensing dinners on Thursday nights at home) or long term non performance against a performance improvement plan. Anything else pretty is grey and the firm will avoid lawsuits by giving severance.

If you are fired for performance I don't think so. If you are laid off due to low utilization then yes. You should get severance.
If being fired for performance coincides with layoffs and downsizing, you should get severance and can potentially even sue for wrongful dismissal. Companies give different reasons to different employees, often randomly, to get around WARN laws (google it) .
