Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Zoom is way easier than Teams
I'll give you a reason: my laptop only has 32G of RAM, which isn't sufficient to run Microsoft Teams.
To be clear, I'm Team Microsoft all day, every day, but we use WebEx Teams, which sucks, but it's still infinitely less hoggy than the MS variant.
And, Zoom is "meh". We only use it when a vendor does.
Zoom is better

I do prefer zoom over teams

I only see Deloitte people saying they like zoom. Teams is an all in one solution.
My vote for zoom

I just want a reason
Zoom >>> Teams. Easier to use, better interface, more functionality, faster, etc. etc. etc.

Teams has more functionality than zoom. Zoom is more complicated and so is the UI. Idk how you mean it’s faster. It’s comparing milliseconds.
Teams all day baby!!!!
Teams is a one stop shop for everything - Meetings, Chat, File Storage/Collaboration, File Version Control, Announcements/News, Calendar Sync etc. etc.
I don’t jump around multiple apps, truly powerful in that sense
Teams also offers noise cancellation features for your devices
I can run multiple instances of Teams when client wants me to add to their Teams for collaboration, this is so powerful and mitigates so much overhead

Exactly.
OP, all Deloitte practitioners have Team licenses, it’s just that many of us are still learning it. Just ask the Deloitte project manager to have the team start sending Teams invites. No big deal- great chance for the team to learn how to use Teams properly!
