I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Probably only if there are market adjustments across the board, although I would think yours is already baked in since it was so recent.
Oh, there's a fighting chance then if there's a broad adjustment.
The performance year runs Sept 1 - Aug 31. You will not get anything this year, because you worked 0% of the performance year. Next year your raise will be the fraction of the year from Sept 1, 2021 through Aug 31, 2022 you worked, multiplied by the percentage raise your performance earned, which, in your case, will be between 92% and 100% of what your performance was worth.
My start date was in a June; that year my raise was 0.6% on strong performance, which was about 2.5/12ths of what I would have received for the full year. I knew it was going to be small, but it was still a let-down to see it after working five months. I got 6.2% the following year.
Ok that’s good to know thank you
Sorry you won’t. The cut off date is much earlier than Nov.
Very unlikely. Know people who joined in the last quarter or a bit earlier and didn’t get any raise.
