In most states the Realtor writes the contract sooooo....
Buyer's attorney generally communicates directly with seller's attorney, not buyer or seller agent.
Ask your realtor via email if they sent it over. Your paying the agent to provide a service. The realtors should be handling this overall. Also if you paid for the Deloitte legal plan, you can have your closing attorney covered through the plan.

Your buyer realtor should definitely understand the details of your offer, if they are worth their weight in anything.
That being said, the threshold to become a realtor is pretty low, and I find that many realtors can’t sell their way out of a wet paper bag
The buyer and seller realtor should have some communication. The attorney could be asking to confirm if they note anything regarding the contract and or closing. The attorney cannot sway to one side or the other but can point out inaccurate or deficient info.
