I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. If anyone has done research regarding cost of living in Denmark earlier, please share your thoughts on this, it would be very helpful. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 36 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.
