Does your media agency do annual raises? Was at a smaller company before and every year they gave at least a 2% to 10% raise but it seems the larger holding companies don’t do raises unless someone is promoted which could take years. What’s your experience?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
