Don’t know if this is the right place to ask but I’ve been out of the army for six months and I got out a 1LT. Now currently looking to go back in but reserves. I talk to a recruiter today. They said it shouldn’t be no problem getting back in but I have to go enlisted because I got out through REFRAD. Is this accurate?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? The barrier to entry is low, not even sure if graduating high school is needed. My old agent even said she did it bc she can make a lot money and not work that much. She drove a new Mercedes and sent her kids to private school, husband was also an agent.
