Accidentally read the spoilers for this episode earlier this week. Even though I knew it was coming, my blood pressure is still through the roof. So so good

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Anyone dealt with this have any recommendations? TIA

The stress of this job ruined my life.
The stress has lead to an eating disorder that I can’t get control of. I’ve lost 25 pounds since starting at the firm two and a half years ago. I am 20 pounds less than I was in high school... I don’t know how to get control again. Even when the stress lays off I can’t eat more due to being used to being busy for almost 9 months out of the year...

What do you guys think about apps like BetterHelp and Talkspace? I understand they might have real therapists working on their content, but a lot of the marketing I see is so vague and broad that it feels like a lie. Seems like "This app got rid of my anxiety with a 30-minute automated text questionnaire" is the new "This tea made me lose 20 pounds in two weeks!" Just seems a little fad-like and money grabby to me. Thoughts?

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? A lot of people judge me in a negative way and in reality it is because my ADHD brain needs it. 1) the consistency for schedule 2) exercise can help tone down the symptoms before I sit down for the work day 3) it is the only thing I can control to make it look like I am not a mess (disorganization, interrupting) - basically trying to stay in the game at work based on perception of “having it together”. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
