During your quest for overemployment, you may find yourself in an interview. What are some questions to ask of the potential employer?

As an example: how many meetings should I expect each day? What time are the meetings scheduled?

What questions would you have that would not give away that you have multiple jobs?

I try to ask questions in the sense of getting a feel for what the workday looks like, and hope it comes off as being very interested in the position when really I need to know how to schedule around it. It’s absolutely a hard line to walk, but worth it to not feel so financially stretched anymore.

Additional Posts in Overemployed

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.

Realistically what are the ODDS of being caught? Is there a legal/HR process with which they could find out??
