The first organization as a fresher and so cozy with this environment but here comes the challenges 1. DXC not having enough projects to allocate to all the resources and also there is no hike to beat the inflation. 2. Joining in wfh and staying in wfh for 4 yrs doesn't feel like so much time passed by. Today I got an offer from Accenture India.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
