My manager has always been one to micromanage. For the past two years I've been experiencing bad anxiety attacks brought on by the COVID pandemic, however with the recent developments in Ukraine and Russia, my anxiety has been through the roof. Logistics is hard enough, but now it's even worse, because not only am I struggling with my manager and the shortages/delays of merch, but now I'm also dealing with my mental health. For anyone who travels a lot for work, what advice would you have?

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?

How do you deal with irritability from medication? I NEED vyvanse to be able to do my job, but I try so hard to only take it a couple days a week because the irritability as it wears off is nuts. Help! I just don’t understand the logic. I was making 25% less than the average at my title in my market on the low-end of the pay scale.

I got a salary adjustment, but of course I’m still 10% underpaid. I asked if I am good for a merit as a high performer this summer — they said no, since I got a salary adjustment.

Is it just me or is that a load of crap? A salary adjustment = to make right on marketplace salary norms. A merit = good job, you’re kicking ass.
