I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.
