My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months.
