My husband is a drug addict. He’s been doing MDMA every week. He says I’m overreacting and tries to justify it by saying it’s no different than having a glass of wine. He uses it to relax and chill out. He is up all night and is so hung over the next day. It takes him 2 days to get over it. He sleeps during that time. He does it on Fridays and recovering over the weekend. Since we are working on the weekdays weekends is our quality time and he is wasting that time hung over. WWYD?
Anyone have experience exiting to the QSR or food industry? Trying to learn if what career growth looks like there for a development/expansion role.

ZS 🐟 - I have an interview coming up for a consulting role. Apparently first round is a half hour behavioral + half hour case. Does anyone have advice/tips on how to best prepare for the case? I'm new to consulting so haven't prepped for them before.
I'm thinking of having 2020-2021 school year be my last year for teaching. The reason is because my principal gave me a bad observation with no reasoning except I am not one that doesn't constantly kiss his. I am very upset about it. Some people say don't let him win or he doesn't know how good you really are and what you do for the kids. I don't really care about that. I'm not thinking oh he won or he didn't win I'm just thinking I don't need to be in a place that doesn't think I'm great.
Have any of you experienced women being the least supportive of you? I feel like we should all lift each other up but the ones I work with are constantly disrespectful of my role, walk all over me, point fingers and blame, argue just to argue etc. I’m hoping it’s just my company culture and not usual…
Hey everyone I’m a new graduate with a bs in industrial and systems engineering currently looking around for full time opportunities. One role that caught my eye is sales engineering. I wanted to ask for opinions on this career path in terms of pay and career progression. Does it have good exit opportunities? What does the career growth typically look like for this role?
Tips on breaking into a tech BDR role? Im currently working in an amazon delivery station as a shift manager - I'm wondering if certificates such as becoming a cloud practitioner or a salesforce administrator would put me in a good position to land an AWS business development role? Are these certificates valued in the BDR world?
Figured I’d ask here.. any creative recruiters / sourcers with agency experience open / looking? We’re going to have some roles opening up some contract roles soon and most folx I know have already been snatched up. DM me for more info!
USI 🐠 When do we get paid the AIP this year? - May end? - June end? Need this info to plan my exit date.
Hey, amazing recruiters, I would love to have your input. I’m someone that has always been paid above my position level. I make the equivalent of a CD. Mostly because I have a good reputation of overdelivering and few awards. And I like being an ACD. But with covid, I wonder if it’s better to be a cheap CD than a expensive ACD. What do you think? In your experience, do you have more CD positions or more ACD positions?

Any idea on how much a Director role at DaVita would pay? Responsible for $50M P&L and 8-10 direct reports.

Recent posts have been advising against people switching to Google at a L4 or L5 because it takes so long to progress to L6 where you can actually lead people, if you’re coming from a role where you have leadership opportunities. Do you agree?
I recently finished a UX boot camp and would really like to find a design role, but I’m not having a ton of luck without professional experience. I got offered a year long general technology apprenticeship at Accenture. Would this be a smart resume move if I’d like to work as a UX/Product designer after or should I keep looking for jr design opportunities?
Interested to know since this is rarely done, but what is your salary/state/position (__ year associate, etc.)/practice area? I see salaries posted far too often without any context. Surely everyone on here isn’t biglaw in NYC, Miami, LA, etc. Where are all the normal folks at?
What got you interested in this role/industry? For me, I basically fell into it, so just wondering where others are coming from. Cheers

Manager flies out on Wednesday night....better leave the client 4 hours before my Thursday flight, just to be safe 🍻👍
Accenture folks: where does the position "Junior Project Manager" rank in the hierarchy? Follow up question: what does the hierarchy look like?
Being in consulting is like being the president but opposite. How Obama looked when he started and what he looks like now. But consultants just get fat.
The best feeling on earth? Waking up with his hands wrapped around you. 😍 And then you know, nothing else matters.
Is it ok to get personal in salary negotiations? For example, let the recruiter know that I’m a single parent supporting three young kids and two retired parents and I really need more money.
Guys, do you still feel loyalty to your company?
When you just friended your SM on Xbox and you can't decide if that's a good or bad thing for your work-life; but all you can think about is how you're going to kick his ass in Call of Duty.
Shout out to that 1 client who gets how shitty being a consultant can be & defends you/your tasks during a project meeting verbal-gang-rape. The real MVP.
After I voted a volunteer handed me an “I voted” sticker and I said, “oh no thank you, I got one when I voted this morning” and his face went white... I then said “just kidding” and took the sticker. Happy election week y’all!!!

Anyone else have a meticulous coffee routine that, while impractical and time consuming, you totally miss while on the road? Also, who else is stuck traveling to a city with sub-par coffee options?
