Expected director salary in advisory for the big 4? How many years experience?

has anyone ever heard of a persons salary being decreased outside of time’s of firm financial difficulty? An example being they feel like they started you too high and adjusted down

Cleared interview with HCL. How much can I get, I'm expecting above 35LPA. Is HCL GOOD FOR SAP BASIS profile?

Amdocs or EY LLB ?

Same fixed CTC for both , variable is 0-20% in EY and for Amdocs I got to know from employee that avg is 8-10%.

Which one should I join?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

DXC hired me for Indian client .My job profile on system admin. Work will be on Legacy Technology. Do I get chance to upgrade to cloud and shift to different Client

Most of the review on DXC is negative. How will be job security and work life balance. In most review I see "termination & layoffs." How is current situation in 2022

Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. I’m currently being recruited pretty seriously for a in-vivo technician position in the auto-immune team, but I already have a job lined up at Envigo as a small animal sx tech. How to avoid the blame game? I know we can't blame clients who are not competent and cannot provide material in timely manner, but dang it they can't just ask us to perform miracles without giving us any requirements or objectives. Every meeting is always, I will get it to you next time or I am scheduling a meeting internally to discuss... Anybody else frustrated with a lack of accountabilities? How do you deal with that?

Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing).
