Does anybody know if it is true that Kearney’s compensation is structured as “only” base salary with no bonus at entry level?

How much of a pay cut would you be willing to take for a place/job/team where you think you'd be happier?

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.
