EY India is hiring. DM if you want referral

Hi fishes,
How is the wlb in Amex?
I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work

Less than 1.5% raise and cut 20% off your current salary if in federal. Run.
BAH4 there’s always folks ready to complain everywhere

Expect 0 and you will always be super happy here. Welcome aboard!!!!!!

I’ve been here 10 years (4 in commercial). My non-promo raises have been consistently around 4-5%. Bonuses have ranged from 6-14% depending on the year and practice performance.
Only Commercial receives bonuses at all/most levels. Fed only receives bonuses at Senior Associate and above. I’m on the fed side so I can’t speak to bonuses, but I’ve been with Booz for about 8 years and my non-promo raises have been between 3.5-5% every year. I’ve also had very large market salary adjustments as needed.
I second this comment. Personally I’m not commercial side but this is consistent with what I’ve seen
BAH3 thanks for the numbers. The bonus is much stronger than Big4 but raises are about a quarter or less
small raises, small promotion raises. Get a good first offer and work from there. Negotiate or you'll be stuck at a low pay grade forever.
There isn't. At least not here.
Grumbling complainant or honest assessment? 🤔
You decide. 💡
That has to be a grumbling complaint…. Right….???
