There’s actually no job. It’s just progressively more and more interviews. Then one day you interview with Ernst and Young themselves. If you do well there you ascend to become the interviewer.
Wut?
I went through Recruiter, Manager, Senior Manager, Partner. Final HR for offer discussion

Thanks
I had a phone screen and then 3 interviews and then an offer in like 2 months. Recruiter-> manager-> manager-> partner-> verbal offer->written offer
Going on my third week with the firm
Partner didn’t really ask questions. It was more for of a conversation on what kind of work they do, and what I’m looking to do
Depending on the practice and how urgent is their hiring need. If you have a competing offer they can move you a lot faster: me Friday recruiter, next Wednesday manager, Thursday senior manager, Friday partner, following Monday offer call.
Can echo this. I had a competing offer from Deloitte and I had my second and last round in the same week. Verbal offer on the following Monday and written Wednesday the same week
Usually recruiter, technical screen, 3 interviews, decision.
Sometimes 1-2 get throw in in for higher roles (Sm+).
Good luck!

Thanks!
I'm currently going through the process and did recruiting, hireview, and my final interview was a panel interview with one manager and two senior managers. That was about 2 weeks ago and have been negotiating salary since, I have a call with the partner this week to hopefully wrap it up.

Gotcha! Makes sense
I’ve heard from 1 (mine and a few other niche experienced hires) to 11.
Once you’re here, honestly, every day is a paid interview.

EY4- Thanks! Can you share what you are looking for in the interviews?
OP: how did it go? Did you get the offer, also what was the interview sequence in your case?
I am also interviewing for EY FSO M level
