Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

EY1 is just telling you where the rule does apply. Chill...
EY1 how the hell would I️ be working on an audit team if I️ work for Parthenon
EY1 can take whatever he wants and shove it. As an accountant, he doesn’t realize that his days are numbered. When computers replace the pathetic set of accounting rules that you call work, you and independent will be the first ones out the door...
If you're working on an audit team with them at the time, definitely. Didn't you take the mandatory independence training yet? It was in there.
Hey Parthenon, how’s the big4 love treating you guys across the fence?
I answered your question, and pretty sure independence applies to everyone. Take that attitude and formulate a strategic way to shove it.
Ey is first and foremost an audit firm. All of the rules were designed around audit independence rules.
If you're not in audit I don't think it's an issue
Yep, that's why I started with "If you're working with an audit team at the client". That's typically who those rules apply to unless there's a no poaching agreement in the contract.
Well that escalated quickly...
Wow.. Parthenon folks are touchy
Not touchy, just dislike being patronized (shove it? seriously?) by cyber risk consultants. Hope you guys are enjoying copying and pasting secondary reports into your slide.
Sounds like the integration went well.

I’m actually a nice person and very down to earth (also have plenty of friends and great colleagues across EY) but looks like you’ve made your decision. Good luck with your audit client interviews.
As long as you re not a covered person for that client
I'm in Cyber risk..... nice try.
Eh, I'm used to people that are pissed off at EY and the world. They can do what they want, just don't get caught violating independence rules. As an audit firm, they take stuff like that seriously. Also, partners are vindictive and will kick you out without a second thought. If that happens, then you can definitely interview with an audit client no matter what.
I'm surprised too
