I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

You can fly first on domestic flights > 3 hours? That's really all that's left but no one uses it
No perks! Not even your phone gets paid anymore
Manager 1: the new email clearly states that the telecom allowance is now standardized and capped at $60 regardless of FT status. So that makes me think: no airline wifi
@d1 that's policy but is not encouraged! And 99% is based on the engagement budget
That's an exaggeration ^^
There really aren't good ones left. The leadership on any project is going to tell you not to be that guy and expense business class. At least domestically. The new $60 mobile limit may or may not apply either - confusing messages. You can also expense in flight wifi for work!!!
You get to fly business on flights over 3 hours and you're all still complaining? Fucking Christ
...Then what's the point of it being a policy?
But it could easily just have a separate policy for PPD level, that's what D does
Woah I didn't know about this benefit
I think we follow the same guidance for airline wifi... if there's a timely client need we can expense it.
OP the in flight wifi is really clear in the updates expense policy. I agree the email suggests $60 but the language on the CHS seems status quo.
@d1 fir PPEDs to take advantage of it?
@d1 you're special.. I mean what do you want me to say that we all fly BC after 3hrs. It's very unlikely.
If it's in the policy, you might as well...
