I already told you. No one has forbidden us to release them. We're allowed to release tomorrow. I got all of my confirmation emails around 5 today.

Lies all counselors can see it, they are forbidden from releasing until the 6th
EY7, you'd have to have more than that - no one can confirm or deny your rating so the other firm would need to take your word for it or you convince them you are manager material based on what you've already done. If you want a raise short term, go for it. But by switching firms you're making it less likely that you'll get such a good rating next year. The reputation you've built at EY is not something you should discard lightly.

Agreed...a counselor should never discuss that with a counselee. Just shows counselor is uncomfortable with a difficult conversation and is passing blame to the Review Committee

They shouldn't have told you. This should all be behind the scenes and your counselor is a shitty person for telling you any of this including what they presented you at.

Gah was told today that we'd discuss next week. Now that I know my counselor has it, I really don't want to wait around for next week to get here
Counselors were told not to discuss ratings until talent team gives the ok in a couple days but we can def see them in the system.
Yeah he had me schedule for next week but said I have nothing to worry about with a winky smile .

I'm a counselor and my email says "Year end conversations can begin on July 5." I wonder if it depends on your service like be. I'm in Assurance.
