I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time. Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts? My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.
