Heard of a few MBA hire seniors being laid off earlier this year. I believe it's utilization related + their much higher pay

@EY2 Congrats on the rating and promo! Is this a promotion to manager?

EY2 what level

Must be manager to get PBB

What city OP? Thought senior 1 base was $90k

@EY5 - Boston, New York and San Fran average

Anyone know what the PBB for a manager 5 rating is yet? I'm assuming/hoping that's what I was rated this year and itching to know how much credit card debt I will be able to pay off 🙄

@EY7 when getting promoted to Senior you don't get PBB, so getting promoted with points to a manager level. You are correct that seniors get PBB

Yes. When getting promoted to senior you don't since your promotion is effective only in October and PBB is paid out in Aug. Also, PBB applies to your work in the past year. Seniors and above get PBB. For seniors promoted to manager the PBB % is the one that applies to seniors.

Fso folks don't find out for another few weeks in terms of raise. Got 5 with skip promo to manager. Hoping for another good raise year

@EY8 - last year managers rated 5 got about 10% PBB.

People who live with housemates / have a garden. Does it get noisy / do you find people in the garden earlier than (we) finish, that distract you from your work?

Also, living how is living next to a secondary school? Noise / traffic etc?
