Did anyone attend interview from Delta Airlines recently?

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

Have interviews coming up for McKinsey- any suggestions on how to prepare? Also if someone would like to case me?

ZS (strategy insights & planning) or Putnam or CV?? Taking into consideration culture, long term earning potential and exit opps

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

Currently, I am working in a metal production. I have 3 years experience in this role. I am learning Data Science from percipio platform of Skillsoft. It has 4 courses from Data Analytics to Data Scientist. Is tgat enough for me.

Interviewing with Amazon and I am finding it so difficult to find stories relating back to leadership principles. I am in human capital consulting interviewing for a program manager role. Any tips on how to come up with promising stories? Trying the STAR method but just feeling like my experience was too little to account for. 3 YOE.

I haven't received offer letter even after waiting for more than 16 days, i have given more than 10 interviews till now and have 4 offers but this one is taking a lot time giving a high rise to my expectations but am losing hope from this..can anyone suggest how much time usually it takes to roll out letter...please.

Have interviewed a couple of people from WK over the past few weeks and have been hearing a lot about how it’s becoming a pretty horrible place to work since Susan came onboard. The criticism was more around actually working there than the work itself but is it really that bad? One of the candidates was saying that many of the good creatives have been leaving or are planning to leave because of this. I haven’t ever worked for Susan so I have no clue. Anyone heard anything similar?

How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Additionally, I am currently a JAG attorney and studying for my CAMS, hoping to take that exam in the next month or two. Any advice or referrals for anyone I can talk to learn more about the field?
