My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. He asked a few bench analysts to spend an hour researching basic questions a client might ask (e.g. "which Fortune 500 companies have the most questionable ESG strategies and why?") and to answer via 2-3 short paragraphs. He posed the same questions to ChatGPT. He shuffled all the responses and asked a number of us to spot the AI answer. NOBODY picked correctly.
