Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

How I’m feeling today..

If you’re white like me it’s so important to realize that we were raised in a society where institutionalized racism is normalized, and we were born with privilege. You can’t choose the color of your skin, but you can choose to put ego aside and reflect on why this isn’t happening to me, and be vocal about being anti-racist.

Delegate
I’m thinking perhaps starting with the goals you’re looking to achieve now that it’s here.
Personal/Professional growth?
What are you implementing that can help you run a smooth ship?
Have you chatted with your team to see what the strengths/weaknesses of the group is and what things they feel need to be removed and or improved upon?
Do they even work well together?
Maybe you might need to move somethings around?
Sometimes you get overwhelmed at the thought of engaging but give yourself that nudge. You’re in that role for a reason.
I’m sure the check and perks are kickass but how are you going to take that opportunity to propel yourself and or your team into new challenges that keep them interested and producing good work.
It’s a tough shift from doer to delegator. ^BAM1 has great advice.
